Best Time To Visit The Kaziranga National Park
Summer Season (Mid-February to May)
Summer is Kaziranga is very humid, hot and sometimes dusty and windy. It is thus advisable to avoid visiting the park during summer season.
Monsoon Season (June To October)
In the monsoon season, the region experiences heavy rainfall. Usually, most of the area gets flooded during this time of the year. Since the entire area gets inaccessible, tourists are asked to avoid this area.
Winter Season (November to Mid-February)

Thrilling Safaris To Take On During Kaziranga Tour
The Kaziranga Elephant Safari: The Western or Bagori Range is considered ideal for elephant safari and better sighting of the one-horned rhino and other wildlife. The range has beautiful Dong lake view point, perfect for bird watching.
The Kaziranga Jeep Safari: The Jeep safari allows you to explore larger areas of the park in a limited time. Tourists are recommended to carry ID proof during the safari since officials can ask you for producing verification.

Day by Day Itinerary
Airport Pickup, Guwahati to Kaziranga (240km/5hrs)
Activities
- We will receive you at Guwahati Airport/ Railway Station. Then, we will start our journey towards the World Heritage Site Kaziranga National Park. It is a five hour of pleasant journey in plain roads, with greeneries all the way. After reaching, we will drop you at your hotel. Overnight stay in Kaziranga.
Kaziranga Sightseeing (80km/8hrs)
Activities
- Early morning we will take you for exciting elephant safari in the western range. It will be a close encounter with the animals in the National Park. You will get to see , the great Asian one-horned Rhinos with wild Buffalo, Tiger, Elephant, variety of Deer & variety of migratory birds, water birds etc. Return to hotel, for breakfast and refreshment. Then, we will go for a local sightseeing including Kaziranga National Orchid & Biodiversity Park, local tea gardens etc. After that you can have your lunch at your choice (optional). After lunch, we will go for Jeep safari in the central range of the national park for another dose of adventure. Finally drop you at hotel.

- Today, early morning, we will take you to another elephant ride in the national park (Western range or central range based on the availability of the seats). Return to the hotel.
