Day 1: Delhi - Ajmer ( (403 Kms / approx. 6 to 7 hours)

Upon your arrival in Delhi, you will meet our representative/driver at the airport & drive towards Ajmer.

On arrival, check in at your pre booked hotel.

Enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour of Ajmer. The city of Ajmer is home to the tomb of Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chisti, a 13th-century Sufi saint. The dargah is one of the holiest places of worship in India, not only for Muslims but also for people of other faiths who hold the saint in high esteem. Its main attraction is the mausoleum containing the saint's tomb, which is the sanctum sanctorum of the dargah. Other notable attractions include the two massive Buland Darwazas. The dargah also includes many other fascinating buildings, tombs, courtyards, and shrines, some of which are exquisite examples of Mughal architecture. After visiting the dargah, continue to Mayo College, a public school founded by the sixth Earl of Mayo, who served as Viceroy of India from 1869 to 1872. The school was originally intended to provide education to the Indian elite, particularly Rajputana princes and nobles. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2: Ajmer – Pushkar – Delhi (415 kms/7 to 8 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Pushkar.

This morning, enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour of Pushkar. The picturesque Pushkar is nestled in a valley just 14 kms from Ajmer. Surrounded by mountains on three sides and sand dunes on the other, Pushkar is a fascinating place and a fitting backdrop for the annual religious bullfight. It is said that during the battle, Lord Brahma killed the demon Vajrabha with a lotus flower, the petals of which floated to the ground and landed at three places in and around Pushkar forming lakes. The charming Pushkar Lake is nestled in the mountains and 52 bathing ghats are built around the lake. It is believed that the water around each ghat has special powers. Pushkar is a city with temples both large and small.

Visit the famous Brahma Temple, said to be the only temple in India dedicated to Brahma.
